we'd like to keep this server fully international and therefor dont ip ban turkish people.

but as most of you english speaking noticed since today most turks begs for items ( which not only they do ) and talk turkish in the normal chat which is not acceptable

so

1)English ONLY in normal chat. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a mute.

2)No Spamming. This includes spamming chat, spamming trade, and spamming party invitations. This will result in account suspension, and possibly a permanent banning.

3)Please watch your language. This includes flaming, racism, and harassment. This will result in a mute, and additional consequences is up to the presiding administrator.

4)No NP transferring. If caught, your NP will be resetted to 0(dun get ban).

5)All classes are allowed to use shields.

6)No spawn killing. This results with a permanent banning.

7)No glitching or glitch abuse. This includes wall visual glitch. This results with a permanent banning, if caught.

8)No bug abuse. This includes in-game dupe, wall bug, and speed bug. This results with a permanent banning, if caught.

9)No third-party tools//outside programming. This includes KOXP, Macro, some dupe programs, tbl-editting, and Auto-Loot. This results with a permanent banning.

10)Do not impersonate a staff member. This includes using a GM or GM_ prefix in front of your character name. This will result in a permanent banning.

11)Do not interfere with normal game-play. Punishment is up to the presiding administrator or GM.

12)Do not continue to pester GMs for items, coins, events, etc. after you get answered. Punishment is up to the GM if you fail to comply with this rule.
